Finance Administrator
Job Title: Finance Administrator Job Type: Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00Salary: 13.70 - 15 per hour (dependent on experience)Location: Canterbury We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our clients busy finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in day to day finance operations with primary responsibilities including raising purchase orders, maintaining stock control, and managing a shared/group finance inbox.ResponsibilitiesRaise and process purchase orders accurately and promptly; ensure POs are matched to invoices and approvals are obtainedMaintain purchase order records and update purchasing systemsManage stock control processes, including stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and investigation of variancesProduce and maintain inventory reports and work with operations/warehouse teams to resolve discrepanciesManage the group finance inbox: triage and respond to supplier and internal queries, assign and escalate issues as required, and ensure timely resolutionMaintain accurate filing and documentation in line with company policies and audit requirementsPerson specificationExperience working in a finance team would be preferred but not essential Proven experience raising orders and handling purchase order systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with internal teams and external suppliersOrganised, able to prioritise workload and meet ..... full job details .....
