Finance Administrator

Your new companyBased on the outskirts of Glasgow, our client is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You''ll be joining a well-established, growing organisation. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm and there is flexibility offered with start and finish times. The role is office-based in the East End of Glasgow and the organisation can be accessed by local public transport and there is also on-site parking.Your new roleReporting to the Accountant and working as part of a busy finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance administration. This is a fast-paced position that would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work.Key responsibilities will include:Supplier statement reconciliationsMaintaining and updating internal systems and databasesSupporting stock control and inventory administrationProcessing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers where requiredPreparing reports and spreadsheets for managementManaging incoming enquiries and providing administrative support across departmentEnsuring all records are maintained accurately and in line with company proceduresSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operationWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced finance administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to ..... full job details .....
