The client Well established international and world leading specialist engineering company with modern offices based in the heart of Cannock Staffordshire. The vibrant and friendly finance team are now looking for an additional person to complement their existing established, and friendly team. The Role You will have a professional outlook and attitude, and the ability to communicate at all levels within the business. You thrive in a multi-tasking and a varied role, happy to take on extra responsibility when required. They will consider someone who wants to work anywhere between 30 - 38 hours per week, and once the probation period is over some hybrid working maybe considered. You will be reporting into the Senior Financial Controller and expected to do the key tasks below :- General finance administration within the branch encompassing both purchase and sales ledger Supporting the senior leadership team with finance and administration tasks when required Processing employee expenses, reports and P11D''s Payroll reports in periods of absence preparation of quarterly VAT returns Preparing financial budgets and forecasts and helping with general financial reporting Onboarding suppliers via online platform Assisting with accounts payable and receivable communication both HQ and customer suppliers helping and assisting with credit control When required assist with UK branch marketing strategy campaigns and projects Help lead improvements for processes within the branch ..... full job details .....
