Finance AdministratorUp to £32k per annumLocation: CorbyFull time, permanentENB are working with a Corby based client who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.As the Finance Administrator, your role will be to support the finance team with processing and reconciling supplier invoices and accounts and transactions relating to duties, taxes and invoicing. Alongside the finance responsibilities, this person will also support the completion of customs paperwork (full training will be provided).What will I be doing day to day?Finance and Administration dutiesProcess and reconcile supplier invoices using bespoke financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal proceduresRaise customer invoices on a daily basis, checking for accuracy and ensuring orders are approved in line with agreed credit limits and that accounts are not overdueSupport month-end processes, including reconciliations related to customs and logistics costsMaintain accurate financial records and appropriate supporting documentationEnsure adherence to internal controls and company financial policiesReconcile the Duty Deferment accountPreparing, reviewing, and maintaining all import and export documentation, including commercial invoicing, packing lists, and customs declarationsLiaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, couriers, and dispatch teams to ensure the efficient clearance and delivery of goodsManaging and maintaining all evidence ..... full job details .....
