We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Farnham-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer contact without the hard sell. You will be supporting client retention and offering tailored service solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer retention and upselling of services
- Manage deregistration queries and processes
- Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up on missing information and maintain customer records
- Perform general administrative duties using internal systems
Requirements:
- Customer service experience, ideally phone-based
- Confident communicator with good time management
- Able to prioritise and multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluency in Romanian is a plus but not essential
