We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Farnham-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer contact without the hard sell. You will be supporting client retention and offering tailored service solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer retention and upselling of services
  • Manage deregistration queries and processes
  • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
  • Follow up on missing information and maintain customer records
  • Perform general administrative duties using internal systems

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, ideally phone-based
  • Confident communicator with good time management
  • Able to prioritise and multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Fluency in Romanian is a plus but not essential
