Finance Administrator

Are you detail-driven with a passion for numbers? Do you enjoy keeping things organised, accurate, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client’s team and play a key role in supporting the finance department and wider business operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the accounts inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare supplier payment runs.
• Support with intercompany transactions (UK, US, and BV).
• Complete regular bank account reconciliations.
• Generate and present business reports in Excel.
• Provide cover for accounts payable when required.
• Communicate with customers regarding payments via phone and email.
• Chase outstanding debts and maintain the aged debt tracker.
• Update and manage customer portals.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of accuracy, organisation, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have's

• Experience with intercompany transactions.
• Knowledge of VAT returns and audits.
• Familiarity with Orderwise and SEPA processes.
