Finance Administrator

SF Recruitment are working with a client in Burton Upon Trent, to recruit a Temporary Finance Administrator to support for a period of 6 weeks, to cover the holiday period.

37.5hrs a week
£25,000pa
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for the following -
- Monitoring of the email inboxes and printing off the Invoices/Statements
- Registering of purchase ledger Invoices onto the computer system
- Scanning the documents onto our electronic storage system
- Sending out remittances to the suppliers of payments made both by email and mail
- Compiling supplier reconciliations
- Other Ad-hoc duties to assist all members of the finance department
This role is aimed at candidates who are immediately available, can commit to the duration with no holiday and have experience with doing large amounts of data input, preferably within a finance environment.
