We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of our client, a reputable energy and industrial services company based in Stockton.
  
This is a full-time, temporary position for initially 4 weeks to support the Finance Team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations and cash management
  • Supporting payment runs and month-end close
  • Managing financial data and providing client information
  • Supporting Finance colleagues and maintaining system knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Experience with purchase ledger, VAT, and financial systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software packages
