This is a temporary role, working 3 days a week - 22.5 hrs a week to approximately to the end of December 830am to 430pm Hourly pay is £15.86 to 16.66 per hour + Holiday pay paid weekly Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices, payments and income transactions Bank reconciliations, cash book maintenance and credit control Assisting with payroll, pensions, VAT returns and year-end accounts Supporting audits and financial reporting Monitoring budgets and expenditure Responding to finance-related enquiries Providing general administrative and clerical support, including meeting administration and minute taking About You: Previous finance, bookkeeping or accounts administration skills Strong numeracy and attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Skills with VAT, payroll or bookkeeping processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities Desirable: AAT studies or other finance qualification...
