      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Finance Administrator (Part-Time) - one day per week  Fulham, London £28,000 - £30,000 (Pro Rata). What You''ll Be Doing As a Finance Administrator, you''ll be responsible for a broad range of finance tasks, including:  Preparing and issuing monthly client invoices Managing employee expenses and supplier payments Processing payroll information for external accountants Maintaining cash flow forecasts and financial records Completing bank reconciliations using Xero Monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting credit control activities Assisting with financial reporting and providing cash flow updates to Directors Supporting wider finance and administrative requirements across the business  We''re keen to hear from individuals who can bring:  Previous experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or accounts support Strong working knowledge of Xero Confidence handling reconciliations, payables, receivables, and expenses Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently AAT Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) would be advantageous but is not essential.
