Location:-West Malling, Kent
Salary:-Up to -40,000
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
5 Days a week onsite

We''re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our growing team in West Malling.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
• Support month-end processes and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
• Assist with payroll administration where required
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve finance queries
• Produce reports and provide general administrative support to the finance team

About You

• Previous experience as a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance role
• Previous experience working within the Facilities Management industry is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Able to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career
