Finance Administrator – Harlow, Essex – £30,000 to £35,000 DOE

We’re currently working with a dynamic and growing business in the construction and infrastructure industry who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Harlow, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to play a key role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating the sorting and movement of construction materials
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks


Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within construction, logistics, or a similar sector.
  • You would have account management experience 
  • Ideally you would have knowledge of ordering, processing, and managing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided where needed)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
