The Role:

University College Birmingham has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our fast-paced Finance department.

Working within a busy finance office, managing sales and payment inbox and assisting with day-to-day enquiries. Supporting the finance team to ensure the smooth running of sales order entry and payments being received from customers and students. The role will require the successful candidate to answer telephone calls and respond to general finance queries as well as assisting with payment allocations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Relevant Finance experience
• High level of IT skill
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
