We are looking for an experienced residential-Final Finishings Manager-for a residential development in Shropshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee final finishing, snagging and de-snagging across new-build developments.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure outstanding works are completed to a high standard.
• Monitor quality, progress and handover deadlines.
• Ensure homes are finished to specification and ready for customer occupation.
• Work closely with site teams to deliver high-quality homes.

If- you- have experience in residential housebuilding and finishing management an excellent eye for detail and strong organisational skills, and are-Proactive, hands-on and committed to delivering results.
