The successful candidate will provide essential finance, HR and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Authority. Essential criteria: Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI or equivalent), or applicants able to demonstrate a minimum of two years'' relevant experience in an accounts environment. GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/Level 4 or above in English Language and Mathematics. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
