Film Operations Executive Full Time Location: Leicester Company Info Universal Flexible Packaging (UFP) supplies flexible packaging products to customers across a range of industries. We are looking for an organised, proactive Film Operations Executive to join our team and help deliver an excellent service to our customers. You will work closely with colleagues across Operations, Sales, Marketing and Technical Compliance, with opportunities to develop your knowledge of flexible packaging and contribute ideas to improve how we work. About the Role Reporting to the Film Operations Manager, you will help keep customer orders running smoothly, from initial processing through to delivery and invoicing. This varied role combines customer service, supplier coordination, logistics and stock control. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Processing customer orders, purchase orders and repeat orders accurately and promptly. Issuing order acknowledgements, checking prices, product details, quantities and agreed terms. Maintaining the supplier order book, chasing delivery dates and resolving delays. Coordinating collections and deliveries, including transport arrangements, clearance documentation and delivery notes. Keeping stock records and shipment trackers accurate, ensuring materials remain traceable. Supporting warehouse activities, including stocktakes, pallet labelling and stock reconciliation.
