Salary: -40,000 per annum + bonus & Additional benefits

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Pension File Reviewer to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. If you excel in accuracy, enjoy working collaboratively, and are ready to make an impact, this role could be your perfect fit.
About The Role:
In this role, you''ll be responsible for carrying out detailed reviews of individual client pension records, identifying holdings within pension funds, and ensuring data is accurate and up to date. You''ll work closely with colleagues and third parties to validate information, so clear and confident communication will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Records: Assess individual client records to confirm and document their current position.
- Maintain Accuracy: Capture and record all details to ensure data is complete and fully up to date.
- Quality Standards: Complete required training and maintain high standards in line with project quality frameworks.
- Escalation: Flag any unclear or exceptional cases for review.
- Meet Deadlines: Work to agreed project timelines and objectives.
You may also:
- Support the project team with process or tool improvements during setup and delivery.
- Conduct peer or quality checks on other reviewers'' work.
- Send client or third-party communications using approved templates.
What You''ll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within banking or financial services, is advantageous.
What''s the Process?
