The role also involves providing comprehensive support to all team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct thorough audits across all business areas.Generate detailed reports to disseminate compliance feedback throughout the organization.Develop processes to enhance the customer journey, ensuring it is as seamless as possible.Address and manage expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints proactively to prevent escalation.Perform additional duties as assigned periodically.People Management:Lead by example.Support staff in building relationships with brokers, promoting open and regular ..... full job details .....
