Responsibilities
Assist in the origination and execution of transactions across the Financial Institutions sector (MandA, ECM, Acquisition Finance)Preparation and pitching presentations for clients, investors and broader investment community:
Financial statement analysisFinancial modellingCompany and industry researchCompany valuations mainly using market multiples, MandA multiples and the DDM / DCF and LBO
Help develop transaction structures / structured solutionsKeep up to date with MandA, equity and debt related issuesWork with other country and product teams as requiredSupervision of interns and owning responsibility for their workRespect all rules and ethos of the Bank to protect firms and clientss interestsAssist wider team in developing origination strategies for identified target customers. Elaborate marketing pitches on MandA, ECM or Acquisition Finance situationsQualifications
Experience providing advisory services within the FIG sectorVery strong financial modelling skillsStrong communicator, both written and verballyDetail orientated and diligentAble to work on multiple tasks at the same time, showing strong organisational and prioritisation skillsStrong team playerProficiency in Microsoft OfficeEuropean language skills are welcomed but not essentialWhy join us
