The successful candidate will be responsible for attending customer sites, investigating warranty claims, carrying out repairs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Field Warranty Engineer Job Description Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve warranty-related issues. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on pumping systems and associated equipment. Carry out repairs, maintenance, and component replacements as required. Commission and test pumping stations, pump sets, and control equipment. Produce detailed service and warranty reports following site visits. Liaise with customers to provide technical advice and support. Work closely with internal departments to manage warranty claims and corrective actions. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Identify recurring faults and recommend improvements to products and processes.
