In this client-facing position, you will provide vital "hands-and-eyes" technical support directly to end-users.You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of workplace technology-from imaging and deploying new devices to troubleshooting everyday hardware/software glitches, managing IT assets, and supporting high-profile virtual events.
