      <description>Location: Ickenham | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;33000/annum | Type: Permanent | ABOUT THE ROLE:   As a Field Supervisor, you will play an integral part as one of the key people carrying out on-the-ground supervision and quality monitoring of our Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our Clients. We are looking for someone who is confident, capable and ready for a challenge, with a full driving licence and willingness to travel across the local area to visit packages.  You will need to demonstrate proven ability to lead, coach and support field-based staff, carry out spot checks and competency assessments, and work closely with Package Managers and Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring that all field visits, observations and documentation to assist our client's care and rehabilitation are implemented to a consistently high standard.
