Job Title: Field Supervisor Location: Based within Brighton and Hove. The role is around 70% based within the community visiting participants and staff, then some home working and central office days in Islington as required. As the role involves regular travel between participants, community locations, and other sites, applicants who are able to drive are preferred. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at our central office or at some of our other sites. Salary: £25,700 Shift Pattern: 6 Month Fixed Term contract, with potential to extend. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility to work around these hours as per service and participant requirements, including working on bank holidays and outside these hours as per service requirements. About the role We are seeking a Field Supervisor to support the Service Manager and Deputy Service Managers in leading our ECCS (Equinox Community Care Support) which is based in Brighton and Hove with some home working and central office days in Islington. The service supports people with mental health issues, addiction, exploitation, homelessness and within the criminal justice system.
