This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote Job PurposeThe Field Staff Supervisor ensures the performance of assigned field teams in the Area. You will partner with other Field Staff Supervisors in the Region, Field Engineers, and Schedulers to ensure the best possible utilisation of resources and the highest levels of on-site productivity. The postholder requires supporting and achieving the goal of Zero Harm in all aspects of their work.
