In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of IT equipment, including Servers, storage systems, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, and point-of-sale systems. You will work at various customer locations across the UK, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Travel to diverse customer sites to provide on-site IT support services Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of IT hardware and systems Install, move, and make changes to IT equipment across client sites Perform software and hardware troubleshooting and installations Follow client and internal documented procedures, offering feedback for improvement Adhere to safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) precautions at all times Accurately complete documentation and provide timely updates after each site visit Participate in an on-call rota covering mornings, evenings, and weekends (on-call allowance applies) Support wider IT teams as needed Willingness to work ..... full job details .....
