About the Role The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Field Team in relation to supplying equipment and tools as required. Responsibilities Ordering niche equipment and overseeing uniform distribution. Adding Technicians onto relevant systems e.g. (SAM/MOP/FUSE etc) Oversee off-boarding procedures (Van, Systems, Kit build, restock) Monitoring incoming e mails specifically Stock and FS inboxes, as well as incoming phone calls Raising Purchase Orders Undertake RICO Dispatch and Order booking and all relevant administration Carry out PAT Testing Undertake DSLAM Keys, Water Keys and Calibration Management Undertake Ringo Administration Undertake Ladder Inspections and Hire Requests Post Room duties Recording Lost Days Creating and Modifying SAM Orders Dealing with BASOL Enquiries Process OBASS Access Requests What you''ll need Proven IT Skills in Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple IT Systems Well organised and ability to meet deadlines and agreed SLA''s Customer focused; can identify and respond to customer''s need Willing to take ownership for issue resolution.
