Field Services Contract Manager
Our workforce solutions provider client is seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of field-based smart metering services within the Utilities/Water sector based out of Whiteley (between Southampton and Portsmouth).This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing a large, geographically dispersed workforce while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial performance. The role will require travel across the Hampshire, Sussex and Kent regions.Working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of a rapidly expanding business.ResponsibilitiesOperational management of a large, field-based workforce, ensuring performance, safety, and engagement standards are metDirect ownership of client relationships, overseeing contract delivery and service performanceDriving workforce engagement, performance management, and developmentOversight of stock management and supply chain activities to ensure efficient service deliveryProducing, tracking, and presenting operational and commercial performance reportsManaging budgets and contributing to PandL performanceWorking collaboratively with senior managers and cross-functional internal teamsEffectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Skills/experience/qualificationsProven experience in field services and client management within the Utilities ..... full job details .....
