Job Title: Field Service / Workshop EngineerLocation: HullSalary: £35,000 to £39,000 Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be working with a progressive and expanding engineering business based in Hull to recruit a Field Service / Workshop Engineer. TThe successful Field Service / Workshop Engineer will split their time between the workshop and customer sites, assembling, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. You will be supported by experienced specialists while gaining exposure to varied and technically interesting projects in a collaborative and forward thinking environment.The Opportunity:As a Field Service / Workshop Engineer you will play a key role in: Building prototype and early production machines while improving assembly processes and design efficiency Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using drawings and technical documentation Travelling to customer sites across Yorkshire and occasionally further afield to carry out servicing and repairs Communicating professionally with operators and managers, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business Your work will directly contribute to product quality, customer satisfaction and ongoing engineering improvements.
