Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults. Replace parts, filters and consumables as required. Perform water quality, hygiene, and safety checks. Complete service reports and maintain accurate records. Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients. Comply with all health and safety, hygiene, and company policies.
