Find out more about Ricoh Today What you will be doing To provide a technical service to customers, including the maintenance and repair of Ricoh Graphic Communication, Print products and Pre and Post Processing equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements. Provide a technical service for both installation and de-installation of Ricoh Graphic Communication products, ensuring that project milestones for installations and de-installations are achieved efficiently meeting contractual obligations.
