What you will be doing
- To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
- To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
- Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
- Indoor & outdoor technical installations

You will ideally have
- Electrical / Electronics knowledge and aptitude: (Qualification desirable but not essential). Knowledge of AC (230V) and DC (low voltage 24V to 5V), ability to use multimeter to read voltages, resistance, for electrical troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting / Fault-finding Skills: Ability to use a logical approach to diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
- PC skills: Ability to download and upload software, connect to devices, use software configuration apps etc.
- Mechanical aptitude. Ability to understand mechanical principals and identify mechanical faults
- Communication Skills. Ability to communicate technical information effectively, to understand technical instructions, and ability to read technical diagrams and schematics and follow technical instruction manuals
- Good Ricoh product knowledge,
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills,
- Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
