Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing team, covering a territory across Surrey, Sussex, West Kent, North West Kent, South London, and South of the River Thames. This is a field-based, customer-facing role responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and installation of our full product range. The successful candidate will be technically capable, self-managed, and committed to delivering a first-class service experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and breakdown response across our product range, including air compressors, dryers, filters, ancillary equipment, fluid management systems, and power tools. Diagnose and resolve faults on compressed air systems, identifying root causes and recommending corrective or upgrade solutions to customers.
