Job Role: Field Service Technician Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire (accepting applications from surrounding counties) Salary: £31,000-£39,000 base salary Hours: Monday-Friday 07.00-16.00, weekdays and 1.5x weekends Job Type: Full time, Permanent The client: Interaction have partnered with a family run, rapidly expanding, rewarding and innovate organisation based in the Leicestershire area to support the growth of their engineering team. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a skilled electromechanical engineer interested in learning, developing and progressing within the industrial cleaning machinery sector. The package: - 30 days holiday including bank holidays. - Full and Comprehensive Training Scheme surrounding electrical and mechanical fault finding + repair on specific Industrial cleaning products. - Wider group company pension scheme. - Internal and external training + development both on products and the electrical mechanical certificates. - A well-structured welcoming process to support you joining the team. - Company Vehicle + fuel card when out in the field. - Overtime available at 1.25x weekdays and 1.5x weekends. - Extra 2 days off for Christmas after a year of service. - An abundance of overtime if the desire is there however not pressured. - A fantastic Earning Potential with scope to progress .
