Field Service Technician

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the Maidstone and surrounding areas; this person is responsible for carrying out field-based service and repairs on fitness equipment to a high standard in a professional and customer-focused way. This role will involve travelling to various customer locations in and around the Southeast of England, Maidstone and surrounding areas and on occasions further afield as the role requires. Location: Maidstone and surrounding areaSalary: CompetitiveContract: PermanentBenefits: Generous holiday allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, Company Vehicle and Fuel Card As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for: Responsible for the configuration, quality, and accuracy of products.Independently isolate and resolve issues raised by customers.Troubleshoot product issues and effectively complete repairs.Understanding of spare parts and routine product repairs.Ensure specified processes, procedures, and reporting methods are followed.Perform preventive maintenance checks and adjustments.Perform product repairs and maintenance at client sitesProvide outstanding customer service in educating customers on product repair, maintenance and usage.Serve as product expert and brand ambassador.Ensure hardware, software and network of the product is functioning properly after each service.Properly record and replenish the inventory and spare parts in the service vehicle.Maintain the company supplied vehicle to ensure it''s in good ..... full job details .....
