Field Service Technician

Elevation Recruitment Group''s Engineering Services Division is supporting a specialist Automotive company with the recruitment of a Field Service Technician to cover a regional customer base in Essex. The Field Service Technician will support the Workshop Operations team by visiting customer sites/depots in a local regional patch and will be fully equipped with a van and tools with the ability to manage your own time and control your diary, ensuring a prompt response to breakdowns and servicing queries. The role responsibilities of the Field Service Technician will include: All aspects of vehicle maintenance, inspection, fault diagnostics, and repairs Travel to customer sites within your designated regional patch Completion of accurate service reports Assist the customer when required, with servicing/repairs and associated queries, making appropriate recommendations and upgrades to their fleet vehicles The Field Service Technician will need the following qualifications and experience: City and Guilds level 3 vehicle maintenance Experience working in a customer facing role with large vehicles such as buses/trains/HGV Electric and Hybrid Vehicle experience would be an advantage Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills If you are a Field Service Technician with automotive experience, then please apply now, or for more information on the Field Service Technician role covering the Essex region, please contact Anna Morgan in our Engineering Services Division. ..... full job details .....
