Salary: -180 to -230 per day PAYE, or -245.27 to -305.06 per day Umbrella. Field Service Representative Role: - Support customers using lab testing equipment. - Fix technical problems quickly and keep machines running. - Reduce equipment downtime as much as possible. - Help with software and IT issues on site. - Train lab staff on how to use the equipment. Your Background: - A biomedical science degree, or equivalent hands-on experience. - Good knowledge of the diagnostics industry. - Experience supporting a hospital lab or similar diagnostics setting. - Strong problem-solving skills.
