Field Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead a team engineers working on Automatic and Industrial Doors covering Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds area. This role is new to the market due to continued growth of the company, and is definitely one not to be missed. You will ensure that planned and reactive maintenance is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while supporting engineers with technical guidance and operational management.The role involves managing workloads, call-out rotas, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. With this comes with a generous salary and great benefits package of 53,000 basic salary, door to door payments, company van, 25 days holiday plus stats, company performance related bonus (annually - Usually around 1500), private medical care - including dental.
