Field Service Manager

Salary from 53,000 + car allowance and bens Remote UK Site Travel when required Due to an internal promotion, our client, a global engineering organisation, is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead an established team of Field Service and Commissioning Engineers. This is a non-hands-on management role requiring a practical engineering background and previous experience leading field-based engineering teams. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of engineering activities across service, maintenance, installation and commissioning projects throughout the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Field Service and Commissioning Engineers. Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects and activities. Maintain operational oversight of service, installation, maintenance and commissioning work. Ensure engineers have the information, tools and support required to perform effectively. Remove operational barriers and support project delivery. Promote high standards of health, safety and compliance. Build effective relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders. Drive team performance and continuous improvement. About You Essential Experience and Attributes Experience leading field-based engineering teams.
