You’ll be the first point of contact for technical service requests, resolving issues where possible and coordinating field engineers when on-site support is needed. What you’ll do Log and prioritise incoming calls, emails and service tickets. Guide customers through initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues. Schedule engineers, monitor job progress and keep customers updated. Maintain accurate records in the service management system. Help improve support processes and documentation. What we’re looking for You’ll have experience in a helpdesk, service desk or technical support role, along with strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.
