What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, commissioning, and demonstrating industry-leading machinery
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive)
• Delivering excellent customer support on-site and remotely
• Managing service records, reports, and customer updates
• Planning and coordinating service visits efficiently
• Continuously learning new products and technologies

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need to know everything—we’re more interested in your attitude and potential.

You’ll likely have:

• Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role
  (print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus)
• A practical, problem-solving mindset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good organisation and the ability to work independently
