This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background servicing medical equipment who enjoys working autonomously while delivering exceptional customer support. The role involves maintaining a manageable portfolio of approximately 15-20 customer sites/machines, allowing you to provide a high level of service rather than being volume-driven. The Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of specialist medical equipment at customer sites nationwide. You will ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
