Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support, maintain and troubleshoot a range of car parking systems, payment kiosks, ANPR technology, network infrastructure and associated software platforms across customer sites throughout the Midlands and surrounding regions. This role would suit a technically minded engineer with experience in IP networking, software troubleshooting, IT systems, electronic fault finding and field-based customer support.Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning and maintenance of car park management systems. Service and support of parking payment kiosks, ticketing equipment and access control systems. Diagnose and resolve faults relating to: IP networks and communications Switches, routers and network-connected devices ANPR cameras and associated software Windows-based operating systems and applications Payment and kiosk hardware Electronic components and peripheral devices Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance visits.
