You''ll be performing startups, routine maintenance and emergency repairs on UPS and power distribution systems, delivering expert technical advice to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and distributors. The role offers variety, independence, and the chance to work with the latest technologies, while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in electrical / electronic engineering, particularly in the UPS or power systems industries, looking to further their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

The Role:

• Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
• Travel to client sites across the central belt of Scotland, troubleshooting power systems
• Provide technical recommendations and collaborate with the service team
• Establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with customers, salesmen and distributors.

The Person:

• Field Service Engineer with a UPS background
• HNC / HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Full UK Driver''s License
• Willing to travel and stay overnight
• Based in the Central Belt of Scotland
