Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer Location: Newcastle, with travel across the North of England and Scotland. Salary: £30,000 + Vehicle + Bonus Technical Resources are partnering with a well-established specialist service provider to recruit a Field Service Engineer for an exciting mobile role covering the North and Scotland. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy and being trusted to manage their own work across a broad region. Responsibilities Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on customer sites. Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently. Supporting planned maintenance and reactive callouts. Building good relationships with customers and internal teams. Keeping accurate records and handling the admin side of the role. Working as part of a local team to deliver a reliable service across your region. Working across the North and Scotland in a structured, planned way. Staying away from home for up to 2 to 3 weeks when required. Floating between your base and Scotland to help cover holidays and absence. Experience A reliable, structured engineer who is confident working independently. A valid driving licence and a practical mindset. Someone who can manage their time well while working across a wide area. Previous field service or mobile engineering experience, ideally.
