They''re seeking a field service engineer to join an existing team.Your Role as a Field Service EngineerConducting ppm, service, and breakdown repairs to equipment found in materials testing and preparation labs.Being hands-on with mechanical and electrical equipment, along with some electronic fault-finding.Visiting some desirable manufacturing and research facilities.You''ll be accessing some equipment remotely too to carry out diagnostics.A Monday - Friday role, 37.5 hours per week; an average of 1 night per week away from home.Ideal Background for the Field Service Engineer PositionYou''ll have a good engineering understanding from a mechanical and electrical perspective.This role would also suit an engineer from the armed forces.
