Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer Location: Surrey Salary: £33,500 + Company Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am 4:30pm) The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, family-focused company within the coffee and vending industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer who enjoys working in a supportive environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and has a genuine interest in coffee. You will be covering Guildford and surrounding areas, working independently while building strong customer relationships. The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines and vending equipment across a range of customer sites. This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Service and maintain coffee machines and vending equipment Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Install and commission new machines Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site Ensure all work is completed to a high standard Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the coffee and/or vending industry (essential) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Genuine interest in coffee and equipment Full UK driving licence Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach Package and Benefits £33,500 basic salary Monday to Friday working hours no weekends ..... full job details .....
