Field Service EngineerASRSLocation: Northern Ireland Salary: £38,(Apply online only) £40,(Apply online only) + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pmWe re working with a well-established specialist engineering business that supplies, installs and maintains Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) for customers across a wide range of industries.Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Field Service Engineer to their team, covering customers throughout the region with occasional wider UK travel.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer who enjoys fault-finding, working independently and dealing directly with customers.The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you''ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of sophisticated automated storage systems at customer sites.Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance on automated storage systemsCompleting annual servicing and routine maintenanceDiagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faultsResponding to breakdowns and providing effective technical supportSupporting system upgrades and software updatesAssisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipmentProviding customers with technical support and product guidanceCompleting service reports and documentation accuratelyManaging your own diary, travel and workloadBuilding strong relationships with customers and representing the ..... full job details .....
