Field Based, Living in Essex/Suffolk (Commutable from: Colchester, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Sudbury, Chelmsford)

Are you a Field Service Engineer looking to become the go-to technical specialist through training, with door-to-door pay and plenty of overtime? Do you enjoy fault-finding and working hands-on with aspirations to progress into specialist machinery?

This is a secure, permanent position with a global manufacturing business, where you''ll be properly invested in and trusted to deliver on complex servicing and installations. You''ll have the structure and backing of an OEM, but with the autonomy of a field role and strong earning potential.

You''ll be given full product training, allowing you to become a highly skilled specialist within the industry. Once trained, you''ll have plenty of autonomy in the field while receiving ongoing support from an experienced technical team.

On offer is a UK field-based role carrying out servicing, diagnostics, repair, installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites, combining electrical and mechanical work (50/50 split).

This role suits a Field Service or Maintenance Engineer who wants long-term technical development and to become a respected specialist, backed by structured training.

The Role:

• Servicing, diagnostics, repair, installation and commissioning of industrial machinery
• Combining electrical and mechanical work (50/50 split)
• Full product training provided

The Person:

• NVQ / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical / Electromechanical engineering
• Experience in field service OR manufacturing maintenance, with electrical & mechanical fault-finding
• Looking to become the go-to technical specialist through training, in a highly-autonomous role with door-to-door pay and plenty of overtime
