This role is crucial for ensuring that customer requirements are met and that we consistently achieve our SLA and KPI targets as well as contractual obligations.Day-to-day of the role:Conduct electrical testing procedures and use software monitoring tools to identify system faults.Rectify system, on-street hardware, and on-vehicle hardware faults within SLAs.Maintain direct correspondence with customers regarding maintenance and fault issues.Strive to improve KPI performance through diligent maintenance and innovative practices.Handle the installation and commissioning of on-vehicle and on-street equipment.Accurately maintain and update documentation related to the equipment and services.Collaborate with the local team and Configuration Engineers to ensure cohesive operations.Ensure compliance with the planned maintenance programme and attend periodic progress meetings with other staff.Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and adhere to Health and Safety Standards.Essential criteria:NVQ or similar in Electrical Engineering, or Level 3 NVQ or similar in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.Proven experience as a field-based engineer, ..... full job details .....
