Field Service Engineer

Day-to-day of the role: • Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing of hot tubs to ensure optimal functionality and hygiene. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in hot tub systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components. • Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding maintenance practices, repairs, and safe usage of hot tubs. • Manage and organise your own service diary, scheduling appointments efficiently and prioritising workloads to meet customer needs and service deadlines. • Manage inventory of parts and tools required for service tasks. • Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and invoicing. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site and in transit. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a service engineer, preferably with specific experience in hot tubs, pools, or similar equipment. • Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Good physical condition, capable of handling tools and machinery and working in various weather conditions. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers. • Full UK driving licence. • Professional certification in electrical or plumbing work is highly advantageous. ..... full job details .....
